One-Year Warranty

Ferghana is a brand that values transparency and building great relationships with our valued customers. Therefore, we implement an unconditional warranty policy for all customers.
If your Ferghana product is damaged, malfunctions or has any problems for any reason, Ferghana will take full responsibility for your product within 1 year from the date of purchase.
 

Our Commitment To You:

All Ferghana customers are eligible for full coverage of our unconditional warranty immediately upon purchase. If you have any questions about whether your product is still under warranty, please email support@ferghana.co to learn about your warranty status. We will ask for:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Address
 
be opposed to:
  • missing parts upon delivery;
  • parts damaged upon delivery or within the 1 year warranty period;
  • inconsistent with the description in the sales contract applicable at the time of delivery;
  • the main components should include: pillows, cushions, armrests, bases, wheels, etc.

  1. Contact our customer service department at support@ferghana.co and advise them with detailed questions. Customer Service will provide you with information on how to proceed.

  2. Please remember that products returned for warranty claims must be accompanied by the original order number and written details about the problem, product location, etc.

  3. If your product is returned, please keep a copy of the shipping information for your records.
