Ferghana's chairs all need to be assembled by yourself. In the box of each chair, we include a clear assembly guide for the corresponding model. According to each step in the assembly guide, the chair can be easily assembled.

Do you offer wholesale price?

If you are looking to purchase more than 10 chairs, please contact us with the quantity and the item(s) and we will reply back with a quote in the next 24 hours.

How to clean PU leather chairs?

Cleaning Pu leather is quite easy. Most stains are removed with water and a microfiber cloth.

  1. Rubbing alcohol can remove ink stains easily from the PU leather.
  2. All-purpose spray will remove liquids from the PU leather.
  3. PVC moisturizers, recondition and polish PU leather and keeps them from cracking and peeling. This can extend the lifetime of your chair.

Is a warranty available on Ferghana items?

We stand behind our products and want every customer to be happy with their purchase. All products are covered under the Ferghana Limited Warranty.

Where do you ship?

We have our own warehouse in the United States. After you place an order, we will match your address to the warehouse closest to you for delivery.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive 3-7 business days after it ships.

Can I track my order once it ships?

How do I return an item?

We sincerely hope you love your purchase and that it exceeds your expectations. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
