  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is essential for processing your return.
  3. Pack the gaming chair securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, along with a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  4. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package, ensuring that it is visible and legible.
  5. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned gaming chair, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
